We have seen that almost every new and existing cooling systems, chillers and heat pumps can operate more efficient. Therefore. the majority of the installed systems can deliver the cooling and heat required with reduced energy consumption and lower emissions.
Frequently we experience that in-house and external resources do not have adequate data and information to make informed decisions with respect to operating performance and improvements. Data exists in various forms, but has not been processed into information enabling decision making based on facts. Comparative historic data and information are often missing.
Energy Efficiency Hub (EEHub) offerings and solutions enable our Customers to grasp the reduction opportunities in energy consumption and emissions. We specialize in turning raw data into value-added information enabling informed decision making. Combined with our subject matter expertise, we identify saving opportunities by continuously benchmarking the operating performance via our digital service platform, EEHub Digital. Making the results visible and comparable for all key stakeholders we enable our Customers to improve their cost and become more environmentally responsible.
Reductions in energy consumption tend to be in the range of 5 – 30% resulting in a reduced carbon footprint. Continuous monitoring is also supporting earlier detection and prevention of refrigerant leakages reducing Green House Gas (GHG) emissions. Our offerings and solutions are well placed to support the optimization of the lifecycle of the installed base, optimizing Customers' CAPEX decisions.
Our service offerings and solutions
EEHub Connect
EEHub Connect is the starting point to enable reductions in energy consumption and emissions. This is where we onboard our Customers to our digital service platform, EEHub Digital. Having gained insights into Customer's needs and requirements, we plan and execute a site survey. Analyzing the data and information gathered we indicate on the areas and size of energy savings potential and establish a better understanding of potential leakages of refrigerants. The next step is to build a customer-specific dashboard on EEHub Digital where we mirror the Customer's installed base. Defining the optimal control strategy, settings, alarms and other required changes, we configure and visualize the data and information required to deliver the identified savings potential. We verify our assumptions, using real-time data and establish the energy efficiency baseline and improved leakage detection. Going live, EEHub Digital, facilitates the calculation and verification of savings and continuous monitoring of the installed basis with real-time insights 24/7.
To extract further and continuous reductions in energy consumption, cost and emissions we offer EEHub Optimize.
EEHub Optimize
EEHub Optimize is designed to provide our Customers with ongoing support and optimization. Leveraging EEHub Digital and the intelligence embedded within, we analyze data and information and identify and review further savings opportunities with our Customers on a regular basis. This process allows us to further optimize the energy efficiency baseline and optimize control strategies, settings, parameters, alarms and additional changes to further improve the reduction in electricity consumption and emissions. Our aim is that our Customer's cooling systems, chillers, and heat pumps are operating at their peak efficiency across the various seasonal and climatic conditions. Based on agreement with our Customer we conduct periodic onsite reviews to stay on top of any changes in operational requirements.
With EEHub Optimize, we provide unparalleled insights, continuous refinement, and proactive support for sustained efficiency and performance.
EEHub Share
EEHub Share is a specialized offering combining EEHub Connect and EEHub Optimize, with a shared savings element. EEHub Share addresses Customers that may not have the full CAPEX budget for EEHub Connect but would like to spread the cost via OPEX and maintenance budgets together with
EEHub Optimize.
This flexible approach, tailormade for each Customer, ensures that they can benefit from our service offerings, reduce their electricity consumption and emissions, while aligning with their financial capabilities and strategic objectives.
EEHub Advice
EEHub Advice is designed to provide valuable support through a variety of dedicated offerings catering to the needs and requirements of each individual Customer. Whether it's advising owners regarding new products and systems or sharing best practices based on our extensive experience with respect to energy efficiency. Certification of energy efficiency and emissions reduction becomes an increasingly important part of sustainability reporting.
We aim to enable our Customers to set both internal and external targets, verify and document their achievement.
Over time we will provide Customers with data and information that enable benchmarking of their installed base. EEHub Advice aims to empower our Customers through knowledge and guidance enabling them to make informed decisions.
EEHub Digital
EEHub Digital is our digital service platform that enables EEHub to unlock the power of data and turn it into information to support energy efficiency and lifecycle decision-making.
EEHub Digital is at the core of our service offerings and solutions and essential in delivering the expected savings in energy consumption and emission reductions on a continuous basis.
