Customer's objectives

EEHub solution

Through EEHub Connect we performed an in-depth site survey, seamlessly connecting multiple data center buildings and integrating 50 air-cooled chillers, pumps, and computer room air handler (CRAH) units to our digital service platform EEHub Digital. A customer-specific dashboard on EEHub Digital mirroring the Customer's installed base was provided to the facility management to monitor the plant performance.  For continuous improvement, the Customer has chosen EEHub Optimize

Outcome

The initial findings focused on enhancing energy efficiency by changing the control strategy.  With the first 30 days of the start-up period implementing EEHub Connect further optimization opportunities were identified.  By adjusting the condenser temperature and increasing waterflow, we achieved savings exceeding 8%.  We also found out that the economizers on the chillers are not used.  Due to the EEHub Optimize we expect more savings by optimizing the control strategy and activate the economizers

  • Plant optimization (economizer)

We are currently adding 25 chillers, marking the next phase in our continuous efforts to advance energy efficiency through EEHub Connect and EEHub Optimize
